✅ How to Add Your Domain Email to Gmail

1. Add Your Domain Email in Gmail via POP3 (to receive emails)

  1. Log in to your Gmail account.

  2. Click the gear icon (⚙) in the top right → See all settings.

  3. Go to the Accounts and Import tab.

  4. Under Check mail from other accounts, click Add a mail account.

  5. Enter your full domain email address (e.g., info@yourdomain.com) → click Next.

  6. Select Import emails from my other account (POP3)Next.

  7. Enter the following details:

    • Username: your full email address (info@yourdomain.com)

    • Password: your email account password

    • POP Server: usually mail.yourdomain.com (or server hostname provided by hosting)

    • Port: 995 (with SSL) OR 110 (without SSL)

    • ✅ Check Always use a secure connection (SSL) if SSL is enabled

    • (Optional) Check Leave a copy of retrieved message on the server if you also want emails stored on the server.

  8. Click Add Account.


2. Configure “Send Mail As” (to send emails from Gmail with your domain address)

  1. After adding the POP account, Gmail will ask: “Do you also want to be able to send mail as info@yourdomain.com?” → choose Yes.

    • If you skipped, you can go back later: Settings → Accounts and Import → Send mail as → Add another email address.

  2. Enter your name and domain email address (e.g., info@yourdomain.com).

  3. Choose Treat as an alias → click Next Step.

  4. Enter the SMTP settings:

    • SMTP Server: usually mail.yourdomain.com

    • Port: 465 (SSL) OR 587 (TLS)

    • Username: your full email address (info@yourdomain.com)

    • Password: your email account password

  5. Choose Secured connection using SSL (recommended) or TLS if available.

  6. Click Add Account.

  7. Gmail will send a verification code to your domain email.

    • Since you already set up POP, the verification email should arrive in Gmail.

    • Enter the code in Gmail → Confirm.


✅ Now you can:

  • Receive emails sent to your domain account inside Gmail.

  • Send emails from Gmail using your domain email address (recipients will see info@yourdomain.com).
