How to setup your default email address?


  • After logging into the cPanel, click Default Address under Mail category.

  • Currently your default address is set to your account name, meaning all unrouted emails will be stored in your main account email.

  • If you do not want to use that address, click Forward to email address and put your email address.

  • Note that, forward address must be an email address or your account name (Example: user@yourdomain.com) and click Change.

  • You will see a confirmation All unrouted email for abc.com is now going to user@yourdomain.com .

  • Click Go back and you will find the current settings set to user@yourdomain.com .
