- After logging into the cPanel, click Account Level Filtering under Mail category.
- Click Create a New Filter and fill up necessary information:
- Filter Name: john (Example)
- Rules: Select To (1st dropdown box) and Contains (2nd dropdown box)
- Next text box, write john. Now choose an action for when the TO field CONTAINS the text john.
- Actions: Select Deliver to folder. Type john in the text box and click change.
- Click yourdomain.com. So in this case, the action is to deliver the email to the john folder.
- Click Activate. You are done. The filter has been created.
