How to create an addon domain in cPanel?


  • After logging into the cPanel, click Addon Domains under Domains category.

  • You will find the Addon Domains page, where you can setup additional domain names that point to subdomains of your accounts.

  • Fill up necessary information:

    • New Domain Name: Enter the new domain name.

    • Subdomain/FTP Username: Enter a unique username for the domain.

    • Password: Enter the password.

    • Password (Again): Retype the password.



  • Then click Add Domain.

  • You are done. The addon domain has been created.

  • Click Go Back. From there you can see a list of addon domains and you can manage or delete those addon domains from there.
