How to setup email forwarding in cPanel?


  • After logging into the cPanel, click Forwarders under Mail category.

  • Click Add Forwarder.

  • Fill up necessary information:

    • Address to forward: user123@yourdomain.com

    • Forward to email address: demouser@yourdomain.com

    • Click Add Forwarder.



  • You will see a confirmation All email sent to user123@yourdomain.com will now be copied to demouser@yourdomain.com

  • That’s all. The email forwarder has been setup and will start working immidiately.

  • You can also create Domain email forwarders where all email sent to a specific domain will be forwarded to another.
