How to update your contact information in cPanel?

  • After logging into the cPanel, click Update Contact Info under Preferences category.

  • Make sure you enter a correct, working email address there. This is how you will be contacted by the system if need be.

  • It’s a good idea to enter a second email address there (If you have one), in case something happens with your first address.

  • You can choose to be notified when you are reaching your disk quota, bandwidth usage limit, or email account quota.

  • When ready, click save.

  • You are done. You have successfully updated your contact information, and will be notified by email when getting close to your storage and bandwidth limits.
